This Privacy Policy describes how Sastry Software LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile application, Personal Payments Reminder (the "App"), available on the Google Play Store.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Account Creation and Authentication
No Local Accounts: The App does not require or offer a native user registration system, login account, or password.
Third-Party Authentication: To save and sync your data, the App utilizes third-party authentication via Google Sign-In. When you connect your Google Account, you are authenticating directly through that platform. We do not see, collect, or store your passwords or external login credentials.
2. Information Collection and Storage
No Server Data Collection: We do not collect, monitor, track, or store any personal data, usage metrics, or technical analytics.
No Crash Logs: The App does not collect, generate, or transmit any crash logs, performance analytics, or technical device diagnostics to us or any third-party analytics provider.
Local Storage: Any data you input into the App is stored locally on your mobile device.
Cloud Storage Integration: If you choose to back up or save your data using cloud storage, the App transmits that data directly to your personal Google Drive.
No Developer Access: We do not host your app data on our own servers. We have access only to the files the app creates on the google drive.
Our apps provide option to save notes for payees. Do not include your payees account number, login id, password or any sensitive information in the notes.
3. Third-Party Services
The App relies on third-party services strictly to authenticate users and provide cloud storage functionality. These services handle your information according to their own privacy policies:
Google Play Services & Google Drive: Subject to the Google Privacy Policy.
4. Data Deletion
Because we do not store your data on our servers, track diagnostics, or maintain user accounts, we cannot delete your data for you.
Users can delete individual payees or all payment records within the App. If using Google Drive, users must select Save to update the cloud copy. To delete the entire cloud file, users must delete it directly from their Google Drive account.
To delete your app data, you can clear the App’s cache/data via your Android device settings or delete the app files directly from your connected Google Drive account.
You can revoke the App's access to your cloud storage providers at any time through your Google security settings.
5. Children's Privacy
Our App does not collect or request personal information from anyone. Since zero personal data or technical logs are transmitted to our LLC, we do not process, store, or have access to any data from children under the age of 13.
6. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top.
